Refund Policy

Returns
Please send us an email at contact@8sheep.com with your order number and we'll be glad to issue a refund or provide an exchange (even if the product has been opened or used)!

Refunds (if applicable)
After you have mailed the product back to us, please send over a tracking code. Once we have received the tracking code, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Feel free to send through an email to contact@8sheep.com if you think you've received the wrong items, or a faulty item and we'll figure something out! 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
